Please note that for hygiene reasons, used or opened items are generally ineligible for return unless defective.

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
